This method of credit card payment is useful when a customer wants to pay for a specific invoice via phone and we are processing the credit card details on their behalf.
On an Invoice record, click the Pay Now button
The payment page will be displayed a new tab with the Customer Name, Payment Amount and Transaction Related To fields completed already
Select the Pay Now button
- Ask the customer for their preferred email address for the credit card payment receipt.
- Ask the customer for their credit card details and enter
- Click the Pay Now button
