Follow this guide to save a price list to PDF format.
Generated price lists utilise base pricing against each applicable item. Make any item pricing update before generating the updated price list. If a price list for is required for a brand of products not listed, please ask Matt.
3. Select the Print button
4. Select the applicable price list template (which should be automatically chosen)
5. The price list will appear in a new tab. Select the Download button
6. The price list will be downloaded to your computer as searchresults.pdf.
Now that the updated price list has been generated and is downloaded to your computer, the file should be moved to shared price list folder to others can access it.
These files are stored at: Google Drive > Shared > Price Lists - Customers
7. Select the applicable brand folder and rename the downloaded searchresults.pdf file in the same format that the existing price list is named.
Examples:
- J&L Borgo - SupplierName - Price List (MM YYYY).pdf
- J&L Borgo - Emma & Tom's - Price List (January 2019).pdf
This way, price lists will be easy for everyone to locate and trust that it is up-to-date.
8. Delete the now superseded and older price list to avoid any confusion
1. Search for search: price list print to see a list of all price lists available for printing.
